Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18.

Business listings & claims

• DianiLinks maintains a directory of businesses. Some listings are unclaimed and editorially maintained; others are claimed and managed by their owners.
• To claim a listing you must verify that you own or are authorized to manage the business. We may require verification and may reverse a claim obtained fraudulently.
• Editorial listings (parks, beaches, landmarks) are managed by DianiLinks and are not claimable.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish, and you grant DianiLinks a licence to display it within the service. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, and do not post infringing media.

Tokens, features & payments

• Businesses can buy Diani Tokens and spend them to unlock optional listing features. Token prices and feature costs are set by DianiLinks and shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and M-Pesa. Tokens are credited only after a verified payment. Purchased and bonus tokens are non-transferable and generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
• Bookings, reservations, and event tickets are contracts between you and the business; DianiLinks facilitates but is not a party to them.

Reviews & conduct

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Businesses may reply to reviews but cannot remove legitimate reviews.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam content; do not attempt to manipulate rankings, payments, or verification; do not scrape or misuse the service.
• We may moderate, hide, or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the acts, goods, or services of businesses listed on DianiLinks. Listing information may be incomplete or change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DianiLinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Termination

You may stop using DianiLinks at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
